Hi! I’m Dr. Ashley Ward-Hines, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and the founder of Becoming You Counseling and Trauma Services. I want to personally welcome you to a space built on safety, support, and transformation.

With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families navigating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). In addition, I’ve completed advanced training in Guiding Women Through Postpartum Depression, Perinatal Loss & Grief, and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I use these approaches within a collaborative, relational framework that honors your story and empowers your healing journey.

As a clinical supervisor, I’m also passionate about mentoring emerging counselors and nurturing a practice rooted in integrity, inclusion, and hope. I want to work with you to help you overcome those difficult situations to improve your quality of life.

Welcome! I am Priscilla McLemore, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for helping people find healing and new hope. My journey as a therapist began in 2009, and I have since become trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Hi, I’m Caleb McCullum, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is being supervised by Dr. Ashley Ward-Hines. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and rediscover a sense of balance and purpose. I have extensive experience working with clients who are navigating substance use disorders, as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
