EMDR Therapy & Trauma Intensives
Sometimes you need more than a traditional 50-minute therapy session.
EMDR therapy can help you process experiences that continue to affect how you think, feel, respond, and connect with others. For clients who want dedicated time for focused trauma work, Becoming You Counseling & Trauma Services offers extended EMDR sessions and private-pay EMDR intensives.
You don’t have to spend every week talking about the same thing.
Personalized EMDR Therapeutic Services Offered

EMDR Therapy - $350
A 90-minute session provides additional time to prepare, process, and integrate therapeutic work without feeling rushed by the clock.
This option may be a good fit if you:
-
Are working through a specific traumatic experience
-
Feel stuck despite traditional talk therapy
-
Experience anxiety or emotional responses connected to past experiences
-
Are navigating grief, relationship trauma, reproductive or perinatal trauma, or other difficult life experiences
-
Want more dedicated time for EMDR work than a standard therapy session allows
EMDR Intensives - 2, 3, and 4 Hour Sessions
Dedicated Time. Focused Work. Intentional Healing.
EMDR intensives are extended therapy sessions designed for clients who want dedicated, uninterrupted time to focus on specific therapeutic goals.
Rather than dividing intensive trauma work across multiple shorter appointments, an intensive provides a longer block of time for preparation, processing, and integration.
2-Hour Intensive: $475
3-Hour Intensive: $700
4-Hour Intensive: $900
Intensives may be considered for clients working through trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship experiences, reproductive or perinatal trauma, or other concerns appropriate for EMDR treatment.

Why choose an Intensive? You may benefit from an intensive if:
You feel stuck.
You’ve talked about what happened, but you still feel emotionally connected to it.
You want dedicated time.
You don’t want to spend weeks trying to find small windows of time to address one significant issue.
You have a specific goal.
You want to focus your therapeutic work on a particular experience, pattern, or concern.
You are ready for focused work.
You want a structured, intentional therapy experience with fewer interruptions.
A Note About EMDR Intensives
EMDR intensives are private-pay services and are not billed to insurance as an intensive package.
